These terms explain the basic rules for using Little Gift List.
Agreement to these terms
These are the terms on which Little List Studio provides Little Gift List. When you create a permanent account, the account-creation screen asks you to agree to these Terms of Use. If you use the guest experience, these terms describe the rules for using the service, but Little Gift List does not rely solely on contract as the data-protection basis for guest processing.
Using Little Gift List
Little Gift List is a personal gift-planning tool for Christmas, birthdays, wishlists, other occasions, budgets, reminders, sharing and related planning. You are responsible for the information you choose to add and for keeping information about other people proportionate to gift planning. Do not use profile or note fields to store unnecessary sensitive or medical information.
Product information
Prices, availability, images and retailer information can change after they are checked. A product result or recommendation is not a guarantee that an item remains available or suitable. The retailer's current product page is the final source for a purchase decision.
Affiliate links
Some retailer links may be affiliate links. Little List Studio may earn a commission when a qualifying purchase is made through an affiliate link, without increasing the price charged by the retailer. If you choose an affiliate link, the affiliate network and retailer may process the normal request and attribution information under their own privacy terms.
Shared planning
Only share a household, wishlist or gift-list link with people you trust. Guests and co-planners may be able to see or update the information made available through the sharing feature you deliberately choose to use. You remain responsible for choosing who receives a sharing link or invitation.
Your account
Keep your sign-in details secure. You can permanently delete your account from Account settings. Deleting your account removes planning spaces that account owns and removes your access to other households without deleting a household owned by somebody else. Guest plans use a pseudonymous guest identity until you upgrade or otherwise end that guest session.
App availability
Features may be changed, repaired or temporarily unavailable as the service develops. Little List Studio may take reasonable steps to protect the service from misuse or activity that could harm other users or the platform. These terms do not remove any rights you have under applicable law.
